Borrowers present loans and investors express interest

Once enough investors express interest in a loan opportunity, the loan will be removed from public view giving the investors time to request further information and explore the opportunity thoroughly.

Investors earn secured returns and borrowers procure loans

A national title company will disburse funds to the borrower from an escrow account and the investors are granted a trust deed or first lien securing their investment. Investors can use our third-party professionals or their own required in a loan closing and servicing.
